 HAVING LIMITED EXPERIENCE IN RUG AND CARPET CLEANING SERVICES

Greetings great people of Nanyuki,
Once upon a time, there was a sexy word, wait, “once upon a time” is how all great tales began, and the word “Sexy” is strictly for grown-ups so how do I start mine?
Well…My great mentor keeps telling me that education is a lifelong journey. Not having good experience with rugs and carpet cleaning was a major personal problem when I wanted to venture into the business of carpet and upholstery cleaning many years ago.

It was a big problem because I knew almost nothing about fabric and what cleaning agents to use on what fabrics.
I could hear Professional cleaners talk about terms I could hardly relate to the cleaning like BP, H2O2, VLM, encapsulation, etc.
Well, at that time I thought that cleaning involved just water and any soap that you can easily come across but I was totally wrong. Ignorance has no defense because I learned the hard way, that the first attempt to clean a carpet took about two weeks and was dirtier than when I booked it in for cleaning. That made me seek further understanding and just like magic @Doug Heiferman had the door to learning always open, and topping my love for upholstery cleaning with the right skill has brought us to where we are now.

We/our/us refers to the company most dedicated to cleaning your beautiful rugs daily. I am so excited that taking a certification course on international carpet cleaning is a great move and that the certification will be exclusively for our customers as we tend to give a bigger, better, experience to our carpet lovers.

It’s a great journey and I wish all the cleaners all the best as we continue to learn the benefits of cleaning properly. Bad cleaning ruins good rugs and carpets and textile is textile, whether we sit on it, wear it,t or walk on it.
